The site of Châteauvallon features a unique entrance along a path past pine trees and their shadows and punctuated by long flights of steps and steep footpaths with no clear signs. While the stroller and spectator might be enchanted by their surroundings, it is easy to also feel disoriented. To provide a more effortless way in and illuminate this path often taken at night to go and see performances, this project consists of creating a guiding line, a silhouette that plays on the ideas of mimicry and camouflage in symbiosis with the character of the place.Connections are at the centre: between buildings and the landscape, topography and usability, functions and perceptions, the same line changing the length of the path.
