At Pommard, in Burgundy, the Parent family has been growing vines in the traditional manner for 13 generations. Today, some of its estates have diversified, offering new services related to winegrowing. This project is a fictional proposal for what the Parent estate could become in the future. It is part of a wine tourism project, offering a different way of learning about wine, based on knowledge and experimentation. Located in the heart of the village, the site comprises various buildings connected to each other by an educational sensory route. Visitors are led through various immersive experiences to find out all about the world of wine.
