This dissertation studies specific housing projects in the Hauts-de-Seine and Seine-Saint-Denis areas. Travelling on the T1 tramway, I chose seven housing projects. Faced with the negative collective image of these housing projects, I try to give them a definition through representations, each attributed to an urban project. Representation through written press, photography, a political act of renovation, testimonials from the residents, a film, a classification as remarkable contemporary architecture and a poetic architectural vision. Housing projects are part of 20th century architectural heritage. What's the future for housing projects, renovation or demolition?
