How can interior architecture help open up museums to a wider public, in particular to people with autism? Through a better understanding of autistic disorders as a whole, but also through their specific sensory characteristics that influence their relationship to space, this research aims to highlight initiatives that already exist and to reflect on ways in which museums can improve their cultural offer, both in terms of outreach and the museum space itself.
