R\u00e9habiliter un garage ? Cet acte est de plus en plus fr\u00e9quent \u00e0 Paris. Nos modes de vie changent, la voiture tend \u00e0 disparaitre de notre quotidien de citadin. Nombre d\u2019ancien garage et parking se voit alors r\u00e9habiliter en logement et services venant ainsi contrebalancer le manque de logement \u00e0 Paris. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

L’ESPACE CENTRAL – DES COMMUNS <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

S\u2019\u00e9tendant sur 7 niveaux, l\u2019espace central de l\u2019immeuble Coustou devient l\u2019\u00e9picentre de la ville. Il dessert l\u2019ensemble des services, priv\u00e9 comme public venant cr\u00e9er en son sein un lieu de rencontre et d\u2019\u00e9change. Vitr\u00e9 de toute part, cet espace donne \u00e0 voir les enfants jouant dans la cr\u00e8che, les musiciens s\u2019entra\u00eenant… <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n
