On retrouve dans cette villa tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments architecturaux du courant neo-mauresque comme des arcs en fer-\u00e0-cheval, des d\u00f4mes, une cour int\u00e9rieure ainsi que des carreaux connus sous le nom de zellige en arabe. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

L’intention des premiers r\u00e9sidents est le travail d’une installation \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re qui se trame dans le prolongement de l’implantation du terrain et qui vient ainsi r\u00e9orienter l’espace int\u00e9rieur.

La premier intervention permet de cr\u00e9er de nouveaux parcours et de nouvelles spatialit\u00e9s autour desquels s’organisent les diff\u00e9rentes programmations. L’intention, par cette structure, est de ne pas toucher l’existant. Elle permet en revanche de laisser apparaitre des \u00e9l\u00e9ments forts de l’architecture n\u00e9o-mauresque. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Une structure en bois permet de s’adapter \u00e0 l’existant tout en r\u00e9pondant aux nouveaux besoins du lieu. Pour cr\u00e9er des jeux d’ombres et fermer certains espaces , la structure est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d’un voilage en burnous, tissu utilis\u00e9 pour les tentes berb\u00e8res.

La structure cr\u00e9e de nouvelles circulations et invite le visiteur \u00e0 entrer pour d\u00e9couvrir le travail des r\u00e9sidents.

Au centre de la verdure, les r\u00e9sidents proposent un temps de pause, Istir\u00e2ha, dans une ville en mouvement constant. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Situ\u00e9e dans la partie basse du jardin, \u00e0 15 m de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 de la maison principale, l\u2019installation est divis\u00e9e en deux espaces : un premier proposant un temps de d\u00e9tente et de convivialit\u00e9 autour d\u2018un verre puis un second qui permet un temps de contemplation sur la ville blanche.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n
