Le probl\u00e8me n\u2019est pas d\u2019inventer l\u2019espace, encore moins de le r\u00e9inventer, mais de l\u2019interroger, ou, plus simplement encore, de le lire.<\/p>

Pour ce projet de dipl\u00f4me, j’ai choisi de m\u2019int\u00e9resser \u00e0 la ville dans laquelle je vis depuis plus de 20 ans.
Je r\u00e9interroge cette commune charg\u00e9e en histoire, qui manque de connexions entre l’existant & les futurs projets \u00e0 venir et entre les habitants & la vie commer\u00e7ante.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Ville d’Avray est une commune situ\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 10km du centre de Paris, en r\u00e9gion parisienne.<\/em>\n<\/figcaption>\n <\/article>\n\n\n

Elle s’est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et \u00e9tendue au fil des ann\u00e9es, sans vraiment former un vrai centre-ville.<\/em>\n<\/figcaption>\n <\/article>\n\n\n

L’enjeu de ce projet va \u00eatre de repenser le centre, en retrouvant un \u00e9quilibre dans la programmation et en recr\u00e9ant des connexions entre l’existant, le futur projet de GPSO et mon projet de r\u00e9habilitation de 3 espaces appartenant au patrimoine de la ville.<\/em>\n<\/figcaption>\n <\/article>\n\n\n

Firstly, on the scale of the district, a town centre renewal project that aims to restore a balanced programme and recreate connections within the urban network. Secondly, additional amenities, by restoring three spaces belonging to the town\u2019s heritage to be transformed into connecting public spaces. In the last part, one of these buildings will be developed into a detailed project, transforming it into a sports hub.
