Projet de r\u00e9habilitation d\u2019une tour des ann\u00e9es 60 \u00e0 Orl\u00e9ans. Un plan r\u00e9actualis\u00e9 : des espaces communs et de nouvelles typologies de logement, bas\u00e9es sur des besoins sp\u00e9cifiques (locations non p\u00e9rennes, appartements modulables, villas sur le toit).  <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Le RDC de la tour est lib\u00e9r\u00e9 afin de cr\u00e9er une continuit\u00e9 visuelle. Le trac\u00e9 d’un nouveau jardin permet de proposer une balade verte au sein du parc.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Le b\u00e2timent est recouvert d’une nouvelle peau en ad\u00e9quation avec l’int\u00e9rieur. Je propose des nouveaux balcons qui deviennent des espaces de partage entre plusieurs habitants mitoyens.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Au centre de la tour, se trouve un espace de coworking commun \u00e0 l’ensemble de l’immeuble. Tout autour, un espace ext\u00e9rieur v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9 offre une vue panoramique du paysage orl\u00e9anais. Cette balade \u00e0 mi-hauteur fait \u00e9cho avec celle en contrebas de l’immeuble.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

However, different lifestyles are emerging (blended families, Airbnb, remote working or travelling, etc.), requiring new architectural solutions. Working on the relationship to the district and the building, I propose a restoration of the Munster Tower in Orl\u00e9ans, close to the station, to create more diversity in community housing.
