La ville est une des formes d’expression de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans toute sa complexit\u00e9. Les formes urbaines traduisent des repr\u00e9sentations marqu\u00e9es par des mod\u00e8les sociaux et architecturaux. La diversit\u00e9 des repr\u00e9sentations concerne aussi bien la production \u00e9tatique que la production priv\u00e9e. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

En 1968, Henri Lefebvre a th\u00e9oris\u00e9 le concept de l\u2019appropriation de l\u2019espace public dans un manifeste intitul\u00e9 Le droit \u00e0 la ville<\/em>. Les notions expos\u00e9es par Henri Lefebvre sont toujours d\u2019actualit\u00e9 : l\u2019urbanisme ne permet pas une pratique sociale autonome et d\u00e9poss\u00e8de les citadin.e.s de leur droit \u00e0 produire collectivement l’espa<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

L\u2019Utopie urbaine est parfois la m\u00e9taphore spatiale de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 id\u00e9ale, ou bien \u00e0 l\u2019inverse on imagine que la forme urbaine que l\u2019on veut r\u00e9volutionnaire, ou que les caract\u00e9ristiques novatrices des b\u00e2timents, auront une influence sur la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, sur la fa\u00e7on de vivre, de travailler, de s\u2019\u00e9duquer, sur les relations entre les personnes.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Quel est alors notre rapport \u00e0 cet espace? Est-ce seulement un lieu de passage, de circulation? <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

La composition physique de la rue est une voie de circulation bord\u00e9e d\u2019immeubles, de maisons, de boutiques. La rue n\u2019est alors que le reflet d\u2019une d\u00e9limitation. La rue est un espace public qui est dessin\u00e9 par l\u2019espace priv\u00e9. La rue n\u2019est que la r\u00e9sultante des immeubles. Par cons\u00e9quent, le public est la r\u00e9sultante du priv\u00e9. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

La rue ne peut pas prendre de libert\u00e9. Elle ne peut pas s\u2019exprimer. Elle ne peut pas vivre. Elle ne peut pas grandir. Elle ne peut pas respirer. Elle est cloisonn\u00e9e.  <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

A l\u2019int\u00e9rieur m\u00eame de cet organe, les contraintes sont partout : \u00eatre pi\u00e9ton sur le trottoir, \u00eatre \u00e0 v\u00e9lo sur la bande cycliste, \u00eatre en voiture sur la route. Chacun dans son r\u00f4le. Chacun dans sa fonction dans l\u2019unique but de ne m\u00e9langer personne. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Les traces de l\u2019\u00e9poque s’expriment dans la rue. L\u2019\u00e8re du p\u00e9trole. Le temps de la voiture.  La voiture par sa place dans la rue, au centre, prend la plus grande importance. Tous les autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments doivent s\u2019adapter en fonction de cette route centrale. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n
